"When we started building dreams in 1991, we knew that there was no
better place than Great Falls to start our business. The beautiful
scenery, the larger home sites, the nationally recognized
Langley school district,and the small town feel among
luxurious estate homes all contributes to making Great Falls the premier
place to live in the Metro Area.

One of the main sources from which Great Falls derives it's charm
is the low density of houses due to the unique zoning restrictions.
The smallest lot size that is allowable in Great Falls is 1 acre;
except north of Rt. 193, where in most places the smallest is 2 or
5 acre (depending if the street is public or private). With
the homes more spread out, there is more room for lush green lawns,
beautifully landscaped gardens, and, of course, the towering
trees for which Great Falls is famous.

It is for all these reasons that we work and live here. But don't
take our word for it, below, are excerpts of a recent article written
by Susan Neer published in the Home Focus section of the Potomac News,
affectionately called "Horses,
Homes. and Ice Cream, It's Great FaIls."
