Creekstone's
Beginning...
Our President, Charles T. (Chuck) Langpaul, has served as an executive
with two of the nation's largest homebuilding companies and has
over 40 years of experience in the business. In the early 1990s,
Chuck saw a real need for quality and luxury homebuilding in the
Great Falls area. The result: The creation of Creekstone Communities
in 1991. |

Family-Operated...
Chuck's son, Chuck Jr., heads the Sales Department. Chuck Jr. earned
a BBA in Real Estate Finance from James Madison University and joined
the company in 1994. Tony Smith, Chuck's son-in-law, leads the Production
Department. With prior experience as an award-winning supervisor
with two different homebuilders in the area, Tony joined Creekstone
in 1992 and personally oversees the construction of every Creekstone
home. |

is a select group of the finest small volume and custom home builders
in the Northern Virginia market. Creekstone is a member of the CBC
and holds to their high standards of financial stability and ethical
conduct. The CBC also has a cooperative buying program that gives
members cost savings usually only associated with high volume builders.
